Philippe Riand is the chief architect for IBM ICS application development. He is also the "father" of the XPages technology, a Java Server Faces based technology, that is now at the core of Notes/Domino. He has more than nineteen years of experience in designing and developing business oriented IDEs, including document management, user interfaces, server runtime, database development and workflow. †Prior to IBM, Philippe was CTO of TrilogGroup, a start-up company specialized in †Workflow and Project Management. He has also been leading the new technology team for HRAccess, an HR ERP now owned by Fidelity Software.
