Rich Sharpe has been in the IT industry for around 15 years working on various aspects of Java Development, Domino Development, Deployment Practices, and more recently Mobile Activities. Over the last 2 years Rich has been focusing on assisting Lotus Notes organizations by extending existing Notes applications to mobile devices, smart phones and tablets, using XPages and technologies such as Teamstudio Unplugged. More recently Rich has been involved with writing and giving training sessions focused on Mobile XPages development. Prior to Teamstudio Rich worked for IBM and IBM Business Partners in various development, consulting and management roles. Rich has had articles published and spoken at numerous conferences over the years on Development Techniques, Quality Issues, Managing Development Teams and Implementing Mobile Strategies.
